It came out of my account, gave me a receipt and I did not receive anything.

SAME!!

No reply to why it ripped me off for 10.80 I have the receipt it was taken from my account but I didn't receive anything. I have printed the receipt and I will continue to follow up on getting reimburse or at least what I purchased.
