How many gold bars did you purchase @ismailklc? I wonder if the gold has been spent already as it is clear from your screenshot that you already played some extra moves on this level. The only time we see extra moves offered for the hugely inflated price of 25 gold is when we already paid 16 gold for extra moves but still failed to pass.
I would advise you to let go of your win streak at this point. I would advise you to press the X at this point and on your next attempt the game will offer you at least 15 extra moves for 10 gold bars which your 17 gold will cover.
If you are sure you did not receive what you paid for please contact player support. This can be done through the app in Settings > Help section and then via the chat bot, which should be available in your language.
