Whilst we can 'listen' to your complaint @jaykay1966 we can't do anything about it. This forum is not the correct place to ask about a purchase that has gone wrong. Everyone here is just a player/fan of Candy Crush just like you.

For complaints about purchases or to ask for a refund you have to contact the app store that you used to make the purchase, or you have to contact King.
