可以試的方法我都用過了 糖果轉盤還是停留在5周5天 時間是自動更新的 手機也重新開機了  還是依樣 一開始是7W5D 已經2周了都沒有改善

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Daily Booster Wheel after changing to a new phone.

As a first step, could you please check that the date and time on your new device are set to update automatically? If the date or time has been changed manually, it can sometimes affect timers in the game.

If your device is already set to automatic date and time and you're still seeing the 5d 5h timer, please report this to Player Support through the game app. To do that, open the game, tap your profile icon, go to Help Center, open the article that best matches your issue, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Chat With Us."

We've seen a few similar reports, so it's helpful for Player Support to collect these cases and share them with the Studio for further investigation.

Hopefully they'll be able to help get this sorted out soon!

Thank you for reporting,However, events and features in our games can also temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.

Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:

01- Play one level

02- Close the app and restart your device

03- Check that you have a stable connection

and Make sure your game app is updated to the latest version
