I agree π―! It took a while until that wheel of fortune went away. I have sent at least 40 messages to the Customer Care(Support team-not sure they're the same). They continue to send me back the same exact message. It pretty much tells me to ask players in the community. I realize that many players come on here for various reasons, not to just complain, but I also think that what you said is exactly what King needs to do. Read, Listen, and most of all, Do something to make the game more playable, NOT HAVING TO PAY TO PLAY, either!!
Rarely if ever have I come across a company that not only ignores its customers but also actively practises discrimination. King is such a company! For weeks players have complained about the Wheel of Fortune which apparently has been removed from some accounts (but not ALL) adverts are not available to ALL players. What is going on? Get your act together and start acting like an organisation that cares for its customers and listens to what they say rather than constantly making excuses for carrying on regardless.
