Screen frozen except in-level settings menu

In the middle of a level and all of a sudden nothing can be activated except the settings menu. Ive got a win streak around 1500. Obviously I dont want to just kill the game as it kills the win streak. Is support monitoring these forums? Can support see this and restore my streak?

Thank you for the feedback. There's no official feature to restore a lost win streak in Candy Crush. The game system is designed so that streaks automatically reset from the beginning . However, if your streak or progress is lost due to technical issues (such as an app crash or an error loading ads), you can do the following:

• Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can fix temporary glitches.
• Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version.
