Please manually recover my levels

Hey King team,

I'm honestly devastated right now and hoping you can work some magic.

I've been playing as a guest on my phone for years. No account, no Facebook link. I finally hit around level 13,000 and was so proud of myself.

Then I made a dumb mistake. I logged into some account just to check it out, logged back out, and everything was gone. My progress, my streaks, all of it. The data is still sitting on my phone (3GB of it!), but I can't access it or get my progress back.

I know I don't have my Player ID – I never thought I'd need it. But I'm begging you: can you please manually bump me back to around level 13,000? I also grinded my boosters to 99+. This game has been my little escape for years and starting over from zero would honestly break my heart.

I promise I'll link my account to Facebook or King the second this is fixed.

Please restore for me, I beg the King development team.

No worries, we should be able to help get your progress restored to your new King account.

Do you remember the exact level you had reached, somewhere around level 13,000? If not, would you be happy for us to restore your progress to level 13,000 exactly? Just let me know which level you would like to be moved to, and I’ll pass this on to Player Support.

I’ll also ask them to review the missing Gold Bars and boosters separately and see what they may be able to help with.

The good news is that your game is now connected to a King account, so once everything has been sorted, your progress will be saved going forward 😉
