App not synching

Question

This is the THIRD time this has happened.  Maybe you should quit your silly updates that mess things up.  My app is not syncing AGAIN.  YOU need to fix your site in order for things to work properly!  I've already had to start all over again.  I'm not doing that again!  WHEN WILL YOU FIX YOUR ISSUES???????

Can anyone help with this?  I have 1 device on level 1 now (for logging out and TRYING to log back in).  The game is no syncing at all.  My phone app I'm on level 22816.  On my laptop in the stand-alone app, I'm on level 1.  On my laptop within facebook, with their "NEW" updated look that sucks, I'm at 22805.   WHEN WILL THEY FIX THEIR ISSUES?  Maybe stop updating with your special things that people don't like and these issues will not happen.
