Three times now I have been following the rules and playing my 'win the first time' games to win a share of 600-1500 gold. The Royale let me get to the second-to-last game, and while I was watching my ads (to finish a level), Candy Crush rebooted. When I came back in, it told me I lost my progress and kicked me out of the cup. Is this a known bug? Can you help me out?
