More in general I would recommend you switch off personalised ads. Apps and website track what sites people have engaged with in the past, or what they search up on the internet and then send out ads their computers pick based on that. You might have looked up something medical about breast lumps quite innocently and somehow end up with offensive ads as a result of searching the word "breast". So if you want to see generic and child safe ads the best way is to go into settings in the game, then privacy in your account setting, and then click on "reject all". I have done this. I still get to see ads but they are mostly for other games from the app store.
