Candy Crush Sage keeps resetting.

Question

For the second day running my Candy Crush Saga has reset so my bonus lives purchase at the end of the game has reset to zero. In addition my Blocker Bonanza(BB)  has reset my duplicate pins to zero. I'm on a tough level 19843 so I will need to buy lives and I am on 116 out of 135 on BB but so far have lost duplicate lives at least 3 times and have never used them. How do i stop this. I like to play on my Mac so access Candy Crush vis Facebook.

Thanks, I'm afraid I did not know about Queen B not working and tagging - I'm not very familiar with this.

Hi @TheGuvnor as I'm sure you know @QueenB doesn't work weekends, hopefully she'll be back Monday.  But I noticed you hadn't actually tagged her (maybe your tagging isn't working), and sometimes without a tag, the person you are trying to reach won't know.  Being as I've tagged QueenB above, your post will/should be seen next week 👍
