hello, I’ve played this level at least 20 times and the third dragon has not dropped even after I clear the first two. Thus, I cannot move past it. I already tried deleting and reinstalling my app.

Thanks for your screenshot @monicamliz16 . Then your level is indeed impossible. The game is run by the AI, which often tweaks the number of moves on levels, sometimes breaking them. There were other reports of similarly broken levels recently as well.

Please, could you tell us how many moves your level 4774 has, monicamliz16 ?
The third dragon is supposed to appear on the 21st move. If you have 21 moves, the dragon will only appear AFTER you make your final move, and it will take incredible luck (or careful preparation) for it to drop off the board within the same move. If you have fewer than 21 moves, the level is impossible to win without additional moves, I'm afraid.
