This looks like a different issue from the Facebook login problem we’ve been looking at.

Since you’re playing through Facebook, could you please try the following first?
Candy Crush Saga on Facebook has moved to Facebook Instant Games, so we’d like to understand exactly where this error is appearing for you.
If you’ve already tried the steps above and the error still appears, could you please share a new screenshot showing the full browser window, including the URL/address bar at the top? Please make sure no personal details are visible before posting it.
That will help us see where the game is loading from and better understand what might be happening.
@QueenB is this the Facebook problem that is being looked into or does @mel5277 have a different problem 🤔
yes, playing thru facebook, i click on the game, it comes up that it's downloading and then the error comes up

Hi @mel5277 Welcome to the Community 🤗 do you play via Facebook. If you do there has been a problem for a while with Facebook account games, that is trying to be fixed. Whether you do play on Facebook or not, does that Error box stop you from getting in and playing your game, I take it that it does 🙄
