Lost progress after reinstalling - Same King account restored wrong level

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I was playing Candy Crush Saga on the same iPhone and had reached around level 12828.

Before deleting the app, I was already signed in with my King account with my email.

After reinstalling the app and signing back into the same King account, my progress was restored to only level 2256.

My Gold Bars seem to be about the same, but my level progress is completely wrong.

I have always used the same King account and the same device.
My current User ID is 1539594529.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any way to recover the correct cloud save or contact King Support?
