Syncing between devices

I have been playing CC on my Android tablet for years, where it worked fine. I decided to also install the app on my Android phone as well. That went fine and the play level showed 1793, which is where I left off on the tablet before installing the app on my phone. The problem is that the tablet now shows level 1, and this device is the one I most use.

How can I sync these devices to reflect the same current level?

To get started, please make sure your accounts are individual and not already linked to others. If you’re playing with Facebook and want to merge it with a King account, could you please log out of Facebook from the profile menu on your device? After that, if you haven’t registered a King account yet, go ahead and create one.
Then, try logging into your King account using "Login with email." Your Facebook progress should transfer automatically—how great is that? If it doesn’t happen right away, no worries! We can manually move your old progress to your King account so you can keep all your hard-earned progress. This won’t sync the accounts, but it will keep your progress safe and sound!
