Hello Support Team,

Thank you for your reply.

I did not change my phone, I did not reinstall the game, and I did not log in with a different Facebook account.

I was playing Candy Crush normally when my phone battery became very low and the phone switched off automatically.

After charging my phone, I turned it back on and opened Candy Crush again. My progress was still there (Level 17,251) and my Gold Bars were also still available. However, all of my boosters disappeared.

This happened immediately after my phone shut down because of the low battery.

Could you please investigate this issue and restore my missing boosters?

I am sorry, I am just a player like yourself! Some of us like to help out other players with the issues and/or suggest what to do!

For the issue in your game, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team. You can do this directly from your game App by following below steps:👇

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen OR at bottom left corner of game Home page;
• Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
• Next screen - click on "Help Center";
• You will see a list with various topics. Select "Purchases & Payments" ;
• Once you open that topic, select "Boosters missing….." and click on it;
• Read through and follow the suggestions provided there!
