Boosters and Lives

Question

I have a huge number of lives from other players—200 of them—and over a thousand boosters. However, when I log in via Facebook, I only see my gold bars; the boosters and lives are gone. I want to switch phones, but I’m afraid I’ll lose everything. Everything I have is really important to me. Can you help me?

To clarify: Boosters and lives are never synched between devices. So if you switch from one device to another they will (definitely) not appear there. Boosters are tied to the device on which you earned them. Gold bars are definitely tied to the account.

In practice this means that if you want to transfer to a new phone use up your boosters on the old phone to make gold bars.

At the moment, boosters and lives are not always synced between devices, so if you switch phones or log in on another device, they may not appear there. Gold Bars are usually tied to the account, which is why those may still show up.

The only thing I can recommend is to try to use the boosters on the old device before switching so they won't all go to waste.
