Lost my levels but not my goldbars😱

hi all, I changed my phone and I could log in to my account. I was level 4000+ and now back at the start🥲 I tried a few times your tips but there‘s my account with all goldbars but level 1! send help🫶🏼

Would you mind telling me which tips you tried? If none of the tips worked, then, all that left is for you to contact King Player Support team.

You can send your complaint directly from your game App by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen OR at bottom left corner of game Home page;
• Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
• Next screen - click on "Help Center";
• Now, scroll down to "Save & Sync your Progress" ;
• Select 6th option - "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve my levels" ;
• Check the steps to see if anything helps. If it didn't, scroll down all the way and click on "Chat with us" ;

Chat with the bot and report the issue!
