Thanks for sharing the screenshot. From what we can see, this looks like the Yeti Draw.
Having all the tickets means you’re entered into the draw, but the prize is only awarded once the round ends and the result is selected.
If the draw has already finished, the game showed that you won, and you still haven’t received your Gold Bars, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look.
