Progress synchronization problem

I changed my iPhone and installed Candy Crush Saga on my new device.

I reconnected with my usual Apple (or King) account (the account displays my first and last name), but the synchronization of my progress was not done correctly.

On my old iPhone 15 Pro, my part is still present and I am at level 2783. On the other hand, on my new iPhone, with the same account, Candy Crush puts me back to level 11.

I did not delete my old part and my old iPhone is still accessible with the right progress.

Unfortunately, we cannot access individual player accounts from this Community, so if the aarticl's advice does not solve your problem, you will need to reach out to Player Support through your game:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way our Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚

Please be aware that your gold bars and boosters are stored on King servers, but your boosters are stored locally on your device so they will not sync across devices. If you still have your old phone, you can use the boosters on that device.
