How many moves do you have on this level? If fewer than 18, boosters or gold may be required to pass, I fear.

Is it a Gummy Dragons level? How many moves are there for you to reach the goal? Also, are there dropping down keys for you to unlock the board?
Can you please post a screenshot of the level - as soon as you open the game board?
Once you provide all these details for me, we will be able to see if this is a glitchy level OR just one of those hard to win levels!
