I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! It must have been frustrating not able to play new levels like you used to, no!π
You must be playing the game on Facebook platform - via Chrome, Edge, etc., browsers! Isn't it?
There are some changes being brought in to Candy Crush Saga game on Facebook! That is the reason King is not able to release new levels on Facebook platform! As players, there is nothing we can do to fix it from our side!
I know it is convenient to play the game on a computer! If you are interested and your computer supports Windows 10/11, you can download the App version through Microsoft Store! OR if you have a smart phone, you can download the game and log in with your Facebook account details and continue playing!
