Why I keep loosing my rewards, the game stops after i watch videos and i loose my progress even after watching the ads, I tried uninstalling the game but that made me loose all my saved boosters

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game with video ads! We get lots of complaints about faulty ads. Fortunately, we have a process for reporting faulty ads to the Player Support team. Tap ๐HERE๐ for instructions on how to report an ad. In addition, you can reach out directly to the Player Support team through your game:
Before tapping the "Play" button, tap theย gear icon โ๏ธ โ> Account & Help โ> ? Help Center โ>ย In the search box, type "ads" and <enter>. Tap on the ">" next to the listed article. Then, scroll down (past the same information that is in our Help Center) until you see the "CHAT WITH US" button and tap it. Provide the requested information and submit it.
The initial email reply is always an automated response. You might be asked for more information and screenshots, so be sure to reply to the first message. Once you can see a ticket number in the title, you can be sure your issue has been assigned to a person. That person will refer the ad to the quality team who will review it and take appropriate actions as necessary.
While we cannot access individual player accounts from this Community, you should be able to retrieve your game progress and gold bars. The boosters are stored locally on you device and are lost in the process of uninstalling the game. You can also reach out to Player Support to restore your game progress and gold bars using the process above. Instead of searching the term "ads," scroll down to access the "Chat with us" button at the bottom.
