Jeti’s Draw ends in four hours and 20 minutes for me, that’s 2:40 am, yes, that 2 am for me. How are players in the same boat as me win this? It’s first come first serve, first serve but players in different time zones can not compete

Yeti's draw is a lottery, not a competition. You collect your tickets and wait for the draw to take place. The outcome of the event is determined by luck. Collecting more tickets improves your chances, but not by much. No matter how many you collect, the luck of the draw always outweighs your own efforts; there's no other event where your efforts matter as little. You either get lucky, or you don't, and that is determined by the game, not you.
Yeti's Draw lasts for two days. It doesn't matter when you complete the levels as long as you complete them in the two-day window. You get a ticket for every 2 levels completed, and you can get up to 25 tickets.
EDIT: In some test groups, you may be able to get up to 50 tickets.
