I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in you game with level # 10298!

If the level is behaving the same and bringing you cascade loop, then, there is a bug in the level! Please do not play it anymore and lose your lives!

I will report the level right away. But, I don't think it will be fixed before the weekend - unless they receive multiple complaints!!

Let's hope the fix will be here on Monday!

The Candy Crush games is full of problems and the game is rigged to make players poorer for the sake of profit. I’ve told countless people or prospective players not to play as out of a score of 10 it’s barely a 1. The game is totally unfair. One can only imagine how selfish the owners of this game are. Totally unacceptable and disgusting.

I can’t pass level 10298 because of a bug

I can not pass the level because I come lollipops that produce waterfalls in string and can not descend teddy bears . I understand that there is a game error waiting for remediation. Please fix this issue ! Or give me a solution! Thank you !

How long can it take to fix a very simple issue like this (just add the fourth colour again for goodness sake, and make the level back to how it was!!!) There is a competition going on, you know, it's called the Candy Cup, and these players stuck in this nightmare aren't able to compete in the next round until this gets fixed.

Dear Candy Crush Saga Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious bug/glitch I experienced while playing Candy Crush Saga at Level 10298.

During this level, even when I made a very small and normal move, special candies/“boom” effects were being created and exploding automatically. I was not getting proper control over the game, and the game was effectively playing parts of the level by itself. Because of this issue, I was repeatedly losing the level and was unable to play normally.

I recorded a video of the issue, and I also tried closing and reopening the game several times to see if the problem would disappear. However, the same issue continued.

I spent approximately 30 minutes trying to deal with this problem before finally closing the game. That may sound like a small amount of time, but my personal time has value. I play Candy Crush to relax and reduce stress, but because of this bug, the game actually caused me more frustration and stress.

Please investigate this issue at Level 10298 and fix the bug as soon as possible. I also request that you consider the time and progress I lost because of this issue and provide an appropriate compensation or restore the resources/lives that were unnecessarily lost.

I have a video recording of the problem and can provide it as evidence if required.

Please do not treat this as a normal gameplay issue. I am reporting it because the game was not functioning normally and I could not play the level properly.

I expect this issue to be properly investigated and resolved.

You can not play until you fix it hopefully, it’s soon. The board goes crazy. Super fast none stop. As soon color bomb goes then it begins.

It's not just this level @QueenB . Other levels in which four colours were reduced to three colours are also affected. I have noted that this does not affect all players, only a subgroup. Also for some levels it only happens after two or three failed attempts. So anyone passing on their first attempt has four colours but on a later attempt the app changes this to three colours. The fact that levels like this only have three colours then causes this glitch. This is the change that needs to be reversed for all affected levels.
