Hello @yashfan and Welcome to this King Community! I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with ads in your game. I am not sure whether you are not receiving ads or gave encountered a faulty ad.

If instead, you have encountered a faulty ad, I suggest the following:

The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues with faulty ads is to reach out to Player Support  through your game as follows:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center
• Type "ads" in the Search field and <enter>. A list of relevant topics will appear. Tap the ">" next to the "How to report an ad in your game". This article includes the information the Ad team will need from you.
• Scroll all the way down and tap the“CHAT WITH US” button. Provide the information requested. You will not be able to upload your screenshot…yet.

You will receive an automated email from Kingster, an AI bot. You can upload your screenshot when you REPLY to that email.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful with some ads:

• When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
• On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.
