Does your level 12830 look like this?
Okay. The first task is to collect the keys. Once it's done, the red candies on the top left will be unlocked and fed to the frog, making it fat and glowing.
Click on the frog and then click on the empty space between the two locked blue candies at the top, and the frog will jump to that spot.
The blue candies at the top are now unlocked, and you can match them. After that, the frosting underneath the dragon is unlocked, allowing you to remove it.
Remove the frosting using stripes or fish, and the dragon will drop between the blue candies.
All that is left to do is to match those blue candies, pushing the dragon sideways to its exit.
