How do I sync my candy crush on my phone with my account

Question

Hello, I will be changing phones. How do I sync the progress with my account so I do not lose my progress when I change phones?

Also, my Candy Crush will not load on my phone (android). I have tried so many times and it tries to open and closes (crashes). Please help. Thank you.

Thank you PummyRaj! No, I have not purchased the new phone yet. This is my only phone at the moment. As I mentioned, it was working until about 1:00 am today. I had set it to back up my progress, but I don't know if it did. I do not have social media but had created a King account through which I am sending these messages. So will it back up my progress?

If you saved the game either with Facebook or King account, your progress & gold bars will still be there even after reinstallation!

But, you will lose all your boosters and saved lives!

Did you download the game on your new phone yet?  Is it working on that device?

The Android device you are having issue with - is it a 3rd device?

Thank you PummyRaj! I was using Candy Crush until early this morning, but when I woke up today, it crashes. I cleared memory and have over 4 GB free space. But still it is not loading. I went to Google Play and it doesn't show that the app needs an update.

What will happen if I uninstall and re-install the app? Will I lose my progress or gold bars?
