Facebook to King Account Transfer

Hello King Support Team,

My Candy Crush Saga progress is currently linked to my Facebook account. I would like to transfer/link the same progress to my King account without losing my levels, boosters, gold bars, achievements, or other progress.

Please guide me on how to safely transfer my account.

Would you like to "sync" your game progress OR just transfer entire the game account to your King account?

(1) If you would like to sync your game progress, the instructions are given in game App's Help Center! But, the important thing is - both Facebook account & King account must have the same email address! Hence, it might not be possible for you!

(2) Seeking King Player Support team's assistance to transfer your game account! Contact them directly from your game App and send your request!

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen OR at bottom left corner of game Home page;
• Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
• Next screen - click on "Help Center";
• Now, scroll down to "Save & Sync your progress" and click on it;
• From the available options, select suitable one and go from there!
