Request to Check Gold Bar Usage History

Hello,

I would like to check the recent Gold Bar usage history on my Candy Crush Saga account.

I noticed that some of my Gold Bars have disappeared, but I don’t remember spending them. Could you please check my account and provide details of any recent Gold Bar transactions, including when they were used, how many Gold Bars were spent, and what they were used for?

If the Gold Bars were deducted due to an error or accidental transaction, I would also appreciate it if you could check whether they can be restored.

Hence, any account related issues or the requests like yours, you will have to contact King Player Support team and request if they can assist you!
If you are not aware or need help with sending your request, please let me know the device you are using, so that I can provide the steps for you!

With regards "reimbursing" the Gold bars — Did you purchase the Gold bars or accumulated those through events & features?
If your answer is the 2nd one, I am afraid you might not have a positive outcome! But, you can definitely try!👍
