I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issues with the Ads in your game!
From your screenshot, it looks like that the Ad took you to the Google Play Store and asking you to install the App (of that Ad brand)!
Did you try to click on the back button and see if you could go back to the game? Since you are on Android, the back button will help you to go to the game again!
If you haven't yet, please try that and see if you receive the reward after watching the Ads. Lately, many Ads are taking us to the App store/Play store! I am assuming that's how the Ads are designed nowadays!!
If you did try to go back to the game and still did not receive your reward, the best thing to do is to report all those Ads to King Player Support team. Please follow below steps⬇️
