my super bombs are disappearing and I’m not able to access them. It’s happening most of the time. Twice today.

Hello @kayfm and welcome to the community. If you say your super colour bombs disappeared twice today do you mean that it did not show up on the opening board of two levels? I am asking this because we can only lose a super charger once per day: Once lost it will not reappear for several days.
In case you just fail to see the super chargers on your opening boards:
Some levels are specifically designed so that the super chargers drop later or are tied up underneath layers of blockers.
If the problem in your game is something else please could you describe in more detail what is wrong.
