A buggy stage caused me to lose my progress on the 25-win run when I was at 22/25.

Question

How will I be compensated for the level bug that caused me to lose my progress in the 1,500 gold bar challenge? I spent my gold bars and real money because the accumulated pot was growing and I was set to win a large amount of gold, but the game prevented me from continuing and made me lose everything.

I recorded everything on video; I can send it if necessary.

I understand, but it wasn't an app glitch, a black screen, or an ad issue; it was an error within the level itself that made it impossible to continue, causing me to lose everything. I spent money to finish the race and used up all my gold bars because I knew I’d get a huge payout at the end—since almost all the other players had been eliminated—but now it’s even hurt my standing for the next stage of the Candy Cup, as I lost almost everything. I’m going to upload the video, show my World Cup progress, and share my gameplay history from the last seven days. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose something when it feels like the game was rigged to cause that exact outcome.

I can understand your frustration when the game causes you to lose progress or gold bars. The issue with the game freezing or interrupting events has been reported and is currently being investigated, but I don't know if there will be a fix over the weekend. I suggest you not spend any gold bars until the issue is fixed.

We are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community, but you might keep an eye out for an update regarding your current issue here in the Community.

In the meantime, you might get some help from King's Player Support team. Please reach out to them through your game:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way our Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you.  The initial contact will probably be an AI bot.  Please provide all required details about your issue.  You will be given an opportunity to upload your video before the issue is forwarded to a live agent.  You will get a ticket number associated with your complaint.
