That is not an advert @Crozli that is a website opened by an advert you have watched.
All you can do when this happens is to try pressing the back button.
For me pressing the back button can sometimes work to get me back to my game and the reward. It doesn't always work and sometimes pressing the back button from an advertiser's website just causes my game to crash.

The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues with faulty ads is to reach out to Player Support through your game as follows:
Your first contact might be with Kingster, an AI bot. Reply with requested information and upload your screenshot of the faulty ad. You will eventually get a ticket number when your complaint is assigned to a live agent.
It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.
