Candy Royale reset; lost gold

Lost over 175 gold bars worth of Candy Royale when my progress reset. I contacted Support multiple times; they did not respond and they did not give back the gold…

I am also forced to reinstall my app, losing all of my boosters (roughly 20 party boosters) over resetting my alternative Facebook account, which I used to livestream. The inventory before the mobile booster loss is already there on my livestream.

I am aware that I may need to reinstall my app to finalize the deletion of my alt account, but I did not foresee I am forced to do so.

The thing is Player Support did not respond to my compensation request. However, Player Support responded to my compensation regarding a lost super charger. I was able to convert that into 25 gold plus 1 hour of all boosters.

I’m sorry this happened and that Player Support wasn’t able to resolve the compensation request in the way you were hoping for.

Level 6681 was reported to the team recently and the issue affecting that level has since been addressed.

Unfortunately I’m not able to change the outcome of your compensation request. I did, however, want to acknowledge your post and thank you for taking the time to explain what happened and share the recordings.

The mathematically impossible level confirmed to be under investigation is a compelling factor for me to request the refund.

I am sorry to see the message from the Player Support team for your query!

I received the same message, which didn't really make sense with the issue(s) that I reported! But I was told back then that we usually receive that kind of reply when the PS team is super busy OR on a holiday — though that was a long time ago!! 🤔

Let me ask the Community In-charge and see if they can shed any light on this!!🙏

King Support never refund gold bars, no matter what the cause of the problem was. If you have spent real money on a purchase at the time of Candy Royale then do contact them and keep pushing them until they give you something worthwhile as compensation. However, if it's just gold bars you earned during play you won't get any response other than the usual automated rubbish. The gold bars, as well as all the boosters and our entire accounts, belong to King, not to us, so we have no rights over any of it, regardless what evidence we have.
