Where are my gold bars???

I just won game 42000 and received no gold bars! This is the third game I've won in the past six days where I've not been given all of the earned gold bars because as soon as you hit the ad to get to bonuses the game just shuts down. What's the point???

Hello @Melsmi and Welcome to this King Community! I am not sure to what game you are referring. Candy Crush Saga has just reached 23,000, so we have not reached level 42000 yet.
