Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I can see that the password reset request is going through and that the email is being sent to your Yahoo address.
Could you please check your Spam/Junk folder as well, just in case the reset email has been filtered there?
Also, please double-check that @yahoo.com is the correct email address connected to your King account.
If the address is correct and you still donβt receive the email after trying again, please let me know. We can then look at the next step to help you regain access to your account.
