I found this recent video of level 9577:
If the level hasn't changed, you have to make sure not to destroy the magic mixer too early. You have to let it spawn some bubblegum pops in order to unlock the order locks.
I did notice that your screenshot only shows three candy colors. In case there are more differences, you should upload a screenshot of your level at the very beginning. This will allow us to figure out if anything is wrong with the level.
Clear the board completely but will not unlock the two boxes at the bottom of the board. Am getting the same issue on both iPhone and iPad.

Could you tell us a little more about what’s happening on level 9577?
What exactly is preventing you from completing it? For example, is there a specific item or blocker you’re unable to collect or remove?
If possible, please also share a screenshot of the level so we can see the board and the level objective. That will make it much easier for us to understand what’s going wrong and see if we can help with some advice.
