anyone having constant issues

I have been having constant issues with this game for the last few weeks. I buy gold bars but there keeps being an issue with me not receiving my gold bars so when i get the receipt i dispute the purchase. Support are usually good and refund BUT this keeps happening and now when i dispute the purchase the drop down box does not even display the recent purchases.

I have made purchases this week yet the last known purchase shown is in July, this makes it harder to dispute although i have the email showing a purchase so can go to my bank if it is refused.

Problems arise such as "oops something went wrong you have not been charged" yet i am still charged so i then have to go through the effort of disputing, i have no trust in my transactions

Items not received is another one and only getting 25 bars despite winning episodes 3 times in a row and many others too many to list

My computer is up to date i have cleared cookies and even had my friend who works in IT look at this game and he said STOP SPENDING MONEY as there are too many bugs and this game is designed to make you part with your cash.

I would like to know of others who are constantly having these sorts of issues, do people feel like they are being conned as i do? and if so are you playing through face book as i am, because i suspect the issue may be with them although the developers need to get a grip and sort it out.

I expect minor issues but this is every day

I think maybe it is time to give up, i have been sucked in and now i am just spending money because the game is designed to make me do that

I would go as far as to say i am addicted to this silly game and am a gambling addict.

In fact other members of my family found themselves sucked in to this also but they have been sensible and left the game. I MUST ALSO DO THE SAME NOW!

Yes!! I have had the same experience for over a month! I have tried to buy boosters in the game (color bombs, UFOs) and always get the same message. The game says there's an error but no money was taken from my account. But the game DOES TAKE gold bars away and I receive NO BOOSTERS.

I contacted Support and they refunded the gold bars. I made screenshot videos to show what happens and sent them to Support. I am playing on a brand new phone. Not Facebook.

Every time the same thing happens. Takes the gold bars, gives no boosters.

Support says "the studio is unable to re-create the problem."

Sure sounds like a scam! Why don't they fix it? Because they don't want to, if they can force you to buy more gold bars!

I might be misunderstanding what you are saying here @little8571 but only receiving 25 gold bars for the Champions Race is not an issue. 25 gold bars is the amount most of us obtain from the Champions Race now after it has been changed from the previous 45/35.

Sorry @QueenB but I think you have missed the point of @little8571's post.

You have offered helpful advice on how to contact Player Support to someone that is complaining they are fed up of contacting Player Support due to the same issue effecting their game over and over. The point of this post is not that they are having difficulty contacting Player Support, but that they no longer trust the game system enough to make payments due to the constant need to contact Player Support as their payments usually do not complete correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to explain what has been happening.

There are a few different issues mentioned here, particularly purchases where you were charged but didn’t receive the Gold Bars, as well as recent transactions no longer appearing when you try to report them through Facebook.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to individual payment or transaction records here in the Community, so we’re not able to check why a particular payment was charged or why it isn’t appearing in Facebook’s purchase history.

For purchases where payment was taken but the purchased items weren’t received in Candy Crush Saga, please contact Player Support directly from the game:

Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant purchase topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us.

If this happens again, I’d recommend giving Player Support as much detail as possible about the exact purchase, for example:

What you purchased
When you purchased it
What happened immediately after the payment
Any message or error you saw in the game
Whether the payment was taken but the items were not received

The clearer the sequence of events is, the easier it will be for the team to understand what happened and investigate the transaction.

If the issue is specifically that Facebook is not showing a transaction or you believe the payment itself has been processed incorrectly, you may also need to contact Meta/Facebook, as they manage transactions made through their platform.

And regarding what you said about your spending, if playing or making purchases is no longer feeling comfortable or under your control, stepping away from purchases or from the game is absolutely something you can choose to do. Your wellbeing is more important than continuing to play.
