Could you let us know where the 30 Gold Bars were supposed to come from? Was it a reward from a specific event or feature, or from something else in the game?
If you can tell us what you completed and what happened afterwards, that will help us understand the situation a little better.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to add missing Gold Bars or other items from the Community. If the reward is missing from your game, you’ll need to contact Player Support directly through the game so they can check your account:
Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us.
