My game keeps going offline. It has interferred with the game and also the loss of the pinata that I have won from some of the side games.

According to King your game going offline is always your fault @joecarrie.
If you have lost anything as the result of your game going offline King will not help you in anyway.
The only time this is not the case is if a lot of people complain about the same problem. When this happens King will then investigate the problem, but they still won't replace any items that you lost.
