the game froze and exited out and when I went back it’s like I lost the game and lost my color boost

I’m sorry this happened. It’s frustrating when the game closes unexpectedly, especially if you then lose your progress or a booster.
To help avoid this happening again, if you’re playing on a mobile device, please try closing the game completely and restarting your device. Also make sure you have the latest version of Candy Crush Saga installed and enough free storage space on your device.
If the game keeps freezing, especially on the same level, please let us know which level it is. If possible, also take a screenshot when it happens so we can see what’s going on and look into it further.
