II won the Episode race 3 times and wasn't awarded my gold bars. Plus the Episode race was frozen for about an hour

I’m sorry you didn’t receive the Gold Bars from your Episode Race wins.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to replace missing rewards from the Community, so for this one you’ll need to contact Player Support so they can check what happened.
You can reach them directly from the game:Profile → Help Center → open the relevant article → scroll down → Chat With Us
If possible, let them know how many Episode Races were affected and roughly when it happened.
