Are you saying that you did not receive your Gold Bars from an Episode Race after you won level 13490? If so, I am very sorry to hear that!!
For any missing rewards in the game, you will have to contact King Player Support team and report the issue!
Do you know how to send a complaint OR you need help? If you need help, can you please reply back and let me know the device you are using to play the game?

Do you remember the name of the feature or event you were playing when you expected to receive the Gold Bars?
Is it too late to take a screenshot of the result or reward screen? It would help us understand exactly which reward you’re referring to.
