My candy crush game has suddenly stock hang

Hello King Support, my Candy Crush game has suddenly stuck/hanged several times. This issue has happened 3–4 times before as well, and I have lost around 2,000–3,000 coins because of it. This time, I also missed 250 coins. Please kindly restore all the missing coins and resolve this issue permanently so it does not happen again. Thank you for your support.
