Not receiving candy cup rewards

Candy Cup 2026 – Reward not received

Hi! I qualified for the next stage of the Candy Cup 2026 and the game is showing that I have a reward available to claim.

However, every time I tap “Claim”, nothing happens and I don’t receive any reward. The “Claim” message continues to appear in my Events page as if I still haven’t collected it.

I’ve tried several times, but the reward is still not being credited to my account. I’m attaching screenshots showing the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could someone from the Candy Crush team please help me receive my reward?

Same here. I came third in Round 2 of knockouts. Can't claim reward and the event is still asking me to claim it and won't move me on to 3rd round and finals. Been going on for nearly two weeks now.

Team have been saying they're aware and trying to fix since I reported it over a week ago. No updates on resolution, lost gold bars and real money making sure I had a chance to get to the final. Same standard response emailed h time I try to get anupdate.

I'm having the same issue, unfortunately, I don't think they care
