Can't open Candy Crush Saga

Dear fellow players, I cannot open Candy Crush Saga. The message says: wrong user/password. I used to play through Facebook and left Facebook afterwards. That’s when the problem started. I have been playing for many years and there is no one who can help me.

I’d like to understand a little more about where you’re getting stuck.

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga on a mobile device, and was your game previously connected to a Facebook account?

Could you also share a screenshot of the “wrong user/password” message you’re seeing? Please make sure any personal information, such as your email address, is hidden before posting it here.

And one more question: do you still have access to the Facebook account that your game was connected to, or has that Facebook account been deleted?

Once we know that, we can better point you in the right direction.

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
