Often we see that in our accounts that unless we have 10 gold bars we can't buy boosters.My suggestion is why can't we have a option to buy boosters Even though we have less than 10 gold bars.What do you guys say.

Aside from special bundles, boosters cannot be purchased directly with real money. You have to use an intermediate currency (in this case, gold bars) to purchase them. Putting a layer of currency between you and your boosters is how King obfuscates the real-money value of boosters. Allowing players to obtain gold bars without spending real money provides further obfuscation. This is a very widely-used monetization tactic used in mobile games.
Additionally, the gold bar currency allows King to sell specific amounts of gold bars, so you'll always spend money on more gold bars than you need.
