Flashing Visual Effects are back - Time to Quit Candy Crush?

The weird visuals are back and can’t be turned off via settings. I guess this is my notification to finally quit playing Candy Crush.

I contacted help and they responded but don’t seem to receive any of my responses to their emails. They send a “since we haven’t heard from you, we are closing this case “ messages even though I have responded.

I can’t think of anything except quitting the game.

What happened to the collection thread that was in the support forum @QueenB ? We need it back! I think a lot of players will quit over this before these pointless tests are complete. This is just about graphics! What the hell are they testing? How many players they can drive out of the game?

I’m really sorry to hear that the new visual effects are making the game uncomfortable for you.

These visuals are currently being tested, and we’re actively collecting player feedback about them. I’ll make sure your comments are included as part of that feedback.

There’s also a player poll already running about these new flashing “Delicious” graphics. If you’d like, you can cast your vote and add your feedback there as well:

I agree. They’re trying to make us hate the game. It’s the only thing they can get right
