How can you guys block a still account

Question

I have two accounts on Candy Crush, but I started playing with only one of them and reached the level I’m currently on. Suddenly, I noticed the profile picture from my other account, and it shows that it’s playing levels. How is it possible that it’s playing levels if I’m not using that account? Has someone stolen or hacked my account? I need that account to be deleted, please.

I am not very sure about how a player with your profile picture is playing the game!!  But, I will give a heads-up to our Community In-charge team!

Do you still have access to your second account?  If so, is the progress at the same level where you left off or moved?

If a game account needs to be deleted, you will have to send request to delete the account by yourself!  King will not take any action without your request.
